How much do you charge for IT Support?
This depends on what we are supporting, typically our Small Business “Total Care” package costs are £20 per PC and £140 per server per month for unlimited onsite, remote, email and telephone support. However we are a flexible IT Support company and we are sure we can find the right IT Support package for your company, we are here to work with you.
What Operating Systems can you support?
We can support many Systems including, Unix, Linux, Mac OS, Solaris, Cisco IOS and all Microsoft Windows versions of Server and Desktop (Including Windows Server 2008 & Windows 7 Migrations). What Areas do you provide IT Support?
Currently we provide IT Support to, London, Bristol, Bath and the areas that surround these citys such as Somerset & Wiltshire, however we can provide remote IT Support anywhere in the UK.
Do you provide VoIP Services?
We provide VoIP Consultation & advice, deploy VoIP Solutions (Phones & PBX’s). We use Asterisk, Trixbox and Elastix for our PBX software regarding hardware we use Dell, reason for this is that Dell offer the same business day hardware support. Do you sell ADSL?
Yes, we sell ADSL for our business clients and can provide various different services based on your business needs, all our lines are ADSL 2+ (upto 24Mb) should your exchange support it. For more info please see our ADSL section.
