Professional PC Support
Let
Netzen Solutions take the stress out of PC self management. We can cost
effectively manage your PC systems and servers and improve the
day-to-day running of your business systems.
We
offer the following services:
• Pay-As-You-Go Service (Single User)
- Costing as little as £55 (ex VAT) for one hour of assistance – this
is normally plenty of time to solve most common problems. You can call
through to our engineers from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding
Bank Holidays). Calls are charged at standard BT local tariff rates.
Out-of office hours support is available at £75 an hour (please call emergency numbers).
• Pre-Pay Contract (Small/Medium Sized Businesses)
- Costing just £100 (ex VAT) a month gets you one hour of FREE
technical support and 20% off the standard
hourly rate. It also gives you guaranteed call response time of 4
hours, although most calls are handled instantly. You also get your own
personal engineers mobile number to call up should you have any
technical queries. Your business is automatically placed on our
high-priority clients list which gives you a rapid response
time.
This contract is ideal for small to medium sized businesses, and will
give you peace of mind when it comes to any PC problems both small or
large.
• Total
IT Support Contract (Do
you rely heavily on IT?)
- This service is aimed at companies who require the very best in IT
support. We will take full management of your existing IT
resources, including; PCs/servers/network/security/infrastructure.
Perform daily monitoring and reporting to show the activity
and
status of your IT resources. Initial stability and
infrastucture
test will allow us to pinpoint weaknesses and improve the speed and
efficiency of your business network. This plan is priced per
PC/server so please call for an initial assessment and FREE quote.
All
support options include:

Remote assistance 'single click' allowing us to remotely login and
check the problem out for you.
- Upgrades and
repairs of IT systems.
- Telephone technical
support.
