Centrex
A virtual phone exchange hosted in our data centres. Allows your VoIP phones to connect to a phone exchange which allows you to transfer calls, host conference calls, have a IVR (virtual operator), setup menu systems and connect from any where with a broadband connection.
DID / DDI
Direct Inward Dialing also known as DID or DDI, if you have a PBX onsite and need to gain access to the PSTN to call regular phones this is the way to do it, hook up your Asterisk server to the PSTN and start making an receiving calls straight away.
Fax 2 Email
Get a real phone number and have faxes sent directly to your email Inbox, simple!
Remote call forwarding
Redirect a number purchased with us to any other number, for example a 0845 number could be redirected to your local number or a mobile.
