how does VoIP save you money?
- Firstly, when you call another VoIP Line, e.g another Netzen customer or a subscriber on a service we connect to, the call is free. So your internal company calls are now free.
- Secondly, when you call another phone we charge very low rates. Just 1.25ppm for a UK call, from 13p per min for a mobile call.
- Thirdly, VoIP Services are cheaper to buy and maintain. Rather than spending several thousand pounds on an office phone system, you just pay a low monthly line rental.
- Don't forget, a single broadband line can have many phone numbers and take many calls at the same time, saving you a fortune on line rental and expensive ISDN lines.

important notes:
There are two types of charges for our VoIP Service. Firstly, if applicable, we have monthly line rental for using the service. Secondly, when you make a phone call from your VoIP phone to a normal telephone we will charge you for the call, according to the rates below.
Please note we bill by the second, and there is a minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls. Prices quoted do not include VAT.
Inbound calls to 0800 numbers cost 3ppm.
Calls which are diverted to land lines are charged at standard rates.
