Virtual Centrex / VPBX
What is it?
A Virtual PBX take the same job as your old in house phone exchange would of except it offers you a bunch of great features and makes use of VoIP so your line rental and cost of calls are greatly reduced. All you need is a VoIP phone and a broadband Internet connection to make use of this service there is no expensive hardware PBX to purchase just a small monthly fee to pay.
How does it work?
Your
VoIP phone uses the Internet connection to access the Netzen VPBX
server, when the call reaches that point the VPBX will route the call
accordingly. If its a call to a standard phone the PBX will send the
call to our VoIP Service which will then connect to the PSTN and make
the phone ring on the other end of the other end. see diagram below
What if I call some one on a local extension?
If you call some one on a local extension the VPBX will route the call internally, remember it does not matter where the phones are in the world just so long they have an Internet connection and are connected to the VPBX. Calls routed like this are free. See example below

How much does it cost?
Below are the packages we offer for our VPBX systems:
Virtual Centrex
VoIP service with any UK phone number (international numbers are available at a surcharge). Pre-pay or post-pay via direct debit or credit card.
- £5.99 for setting up any geographic area (01, 02) or non-geographic number (08)
- £9.99 monthly rental
- Two simultaneous calls (either two inbound, two outbound or one of each) and ten internal extensions.
- UK geographic calls just 1.25 pence per minute
- UK mobile calls from just 13 pence per minute
